Pet Policy

  • We gladly welcome pets to our community. We allow a maximum of two pets per home and have a 100 lb per pet weight limit. A non refundable pet fee is required for each pet. Pet interviews are required. 

    Pets are defined as dogs, cats, fish, birds and hamsters. Exotic pets or livestock are not permitted to live in our communities. Fish tanks are to be limited in size and can be no more than 24 gallons. 
     
    The following dogs are not admitted to our communities unless they are a certified service animal (CSA) or an emotional support animal (ESA):

    Akita, Bull Mastiff ( Presa Canario), Boxer , Chow, German Shepherd, Husky, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terriers also known as “Pit Bull”, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of the above breed.
